Unsolicited Ideas Submissions Policy
To avoid potential misunderstandings or disputes regarding intellectual property ownership around such submitted creative ideas and proposals, IEI is implementing the Unsolicited Ideas Submission Policy as below.
If, after reading our policy, you still choose to send us a Submission, you agree that, regardless of anything said or written to the contrary, the following terms and conditions shall apply:
- You understand and acknowledge that InterINDigital Ent. Inc. (IEI) and its employees have access to, may create, or have created, materials and ideas which may be substantially similar or identical to the content of your Submission. You agree that you are not entitled to any claim or compensation because of IEI’s use of any such substantially similar or identical material that may have been independently created by IEI or its employees, or that may be otherwise owned by IEI’s, whether before or after the sending of your Submission.
- You agree and acknowledge that sending your Submission to IEI does not create any presumption that IEI will look at it or use it.
- To the extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, discharge, agree not to sue, and will indemnify and hold harmless IEI and its affiliates from all claims, actions, liabilities, damages and costs in connection with the Submission.
- You acknowledge that IEI may review your submission and respond at a later date. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
Thank you for understanding.
